REFUNDS

All sales are final after 24 hours

01supplies does not guarantee refunds after 24 hours after purchase. This included customer bought the wrong item ,no longer wants the product. if customer uses the wrong adress, Email us asap.   Approved cases may result in a replacement only, at our discretion.

 

 

 RETURNS

Product returns must meet the following criteria:

    •    Product is in brand new, unused condition(1)

    •    Product was damaged(2)

    •    Wrong product was sent(3)

If the wrong product was sent, or the product was damaged prior to opening the package, 01supplies will cover A 100% refund. 

If the customer simply no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for:

    •    All return shipping costs

    •    A 35% restocking fee

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence when applicable.
